We are looking for a highly dynamic, hands-on City Manager for Campo Grande (MS), Brazil, who is passionate about micromobility and eager to grow with our company. This is a unique opportunity to take part in building our operations in Campo Grande from scratch and making a significant impact on the future of urban mobility. Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations, including fleet management, maintenance, and logistics Manage the service center, including repair, maintenance, and charging of electric scooters Recruit and train personnel for the service centre, including drivers, mechanics, and coordinators Ensure operational efficiency and productivity by implementing and improving processes Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies to achieve targets Coordinate with authorities, administration, and police to resolve any operational issues Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and manage spare parts inventory Requirements Fluent English (mandatory) Proven experience in logistics or operations management Strong multitasking skills, hands-on experience and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities Excellent leadership and team management abilities Experience in managing service centres is a plus Knowledge of the B2C market and customer service best practices What We Offer Opportunity to be part of an innovative company with a mission to transform urban transportation A collaborative and supportive work environment Competitive salary Growth and development opportunities within the company If you are a proactive, dynamic individual with a passion for micromobility and a desire to make a difference, we want to hear from you.
