Our expectations

Perform medium complexity services on elevators, accessibility equipment, escalators, and other brand equipment for preventive maintenance, part replacement, and corrective maintenance.
Follow the scheduled route, aiming for productivity gains through optimal routing in alignment with leadership.
Prioritize safety by following standard operational procedures and safety standards to ensure service quality.
Care for the use and conservation of resources (machines, equipment, tools, uniforms, PPEs, EPCs, etc.), keep the workspace clean and organized, and promote the company's good image.
Execute technical activities within your area, conducting analyses, controls, and technical reports.
Participate in implementing and updating processes related to your area, proposing innovations and improvements.

Who we are looking for

Full Technical Course in Mechanics, Electrical, Electronics, or Electrotechnics.
Ongoing Higher Education.
Desirable knowledge in technical areas (mechanics, electrical, civil construction, architecture).
Skill in using measurement tools (tape measure, plumb bob, level, square, screwdriver, oscilloscope, decibel meter, etc.).
Experience in elevator maintenance is a plus.
