Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Chief Commercial Officer or Chief Marketing Officer located just about anywhere in the world. The CCO or CMO will be responsible for strategic contributions, day-to-day airline and lessor account management, origination, asset remarketing and trading with assistance from the executive team where needed. Metrics for success in the role are:

1. Generating and closing $200M+ annually of accretive SLBs and bilateral trades with airlines and lessors for mid/end-of-life aircraft and engines
2. Recruiting and managing a global team of 2+ individuals over the next 12 months, including delegating major projects and responsibilities to that team
3. Trading 10-20% of AUM annually at competitive yields
