This position is an Entry level role, with Part-time employment, based in Goiânia (Setor Sudoeste).

Responsibilities:

1. Diagnose the customer service structure and understand their pain points;
2. Present our tools engagingly to clients;
3. Support clients throughout the purchase journey, negotiating the best service;
4. Follow up with clients in the portfolio;
5. Transfer information to the onboarding team;
6. Provide insights for process improvement.

Qualifications:

• Ongoing or completed higher education;
• Commercial profile;
• Adaptability;
• Customer obsession;
• Strong desire for growth;
• Experience in tech is a plus.
