Data Engineer / Business Analyst – Lisboa
Requisitos:
Context
This resource will join a team of IT professionals involved in project management and service delivery for project and BAU (Business as Usual) on data products delivered by Data, BI & Analytics Services for AXA entities.
We are looking for a passionate Business Analyst to join our dynamic team and contribute to optimizing our Data products.
Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing user needs and implementing appropriate solutions. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing and documenting functional and technical requirements ;
- Developing functional and technical specifications ;
- Collaborating with technical teams to ensure product compliance ;
- Participating in testing and validating developments ;
- Monitoring projects and their evolutions ;
- Analyzing data to derive strategic recommendations ;
- Facilitating meetings with stakeholders to gather feedback and adjust priorities ;
- Promoting the adoption of products among users.
Qualifications
- Higher education degree in computer science or related field ;
- 5 years of operational experience in BI and Data ;
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools and Cloud Azure technologies ;
- Knowledge of technical environments, particularly Power BI, Databricks and Azure ;
- Experience withBAU/RUN methodology and associated tools (notably ServiceNow).

- Ability to workcollaboratively in a team-oriented environment ;
- Adaptability and flexibility to changing priorities and demands ;

Lisbon, Portugal.
Smart working :
Hybrid ( 2 days per week on site)
