Your Role:
As a Customer Support Representative, you’ll assist customers via phone, email, or chat, ensuring high-quality service and solutions. This role is available on-site in Lisbon or fully remote, giving you the flexibility to choose what works best for you.

Requirements:
???? Languages: Native Dutch speaker ; basic English???? Education: A degree (of any kind) is required???? Experience: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or BPO is a plus???? Skills: Proficiency with PC and CRM systems, clear communication, and strong listening skills???? Personal Attributes: Empathy, patience, a commercial mindset, flexibility (including evenings and weekends), and resilience under pressure???? Bonus: Interest in the telecom sector is a plus!
