Experience & Qualifications Criteria:
- Degree/Masters or PhD
- Industry experience as an expat
- Ideal industries would be from FMCG, Food manufacturing, or Agri
- Knowledge of, success in and being an expert in business development
- Strong management experience with a solid track record
- Strategic mindset
- Operational experience managing the divisional managers in HR, IT, and Finance
