At AXA GO, our Group Technology Operations (GTO) division is dedicated to designing, developing, and operating Global IT products that deliver top-quality service aligned with business-driven priorities. Our Corporate Functions Global Products department focuses on providing end-user applications across various Corporate & Support Functions, ensuring excellence and consistency across our products.
Your Role
As a Service Support Analyst, you will be pivotal in our Group HRIS program. Reporting to the Product Owner, you will be responsible for Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 support for our entities.
Main Responsibilities
- Post Go-Live Support:
Manage ticketing for HR solutions, oversee the development of requests, and maintain communication with stakeholders. - Level 1 Support:
Coordinate production instances, prepare dashboards, and conduct security reviews for user access. - Level 2 Support:
Handle incident management, referential management, and provide solutions based on entities' requests. - Level 3 Support:
Analyze and resolve complex issues, support lower-level teams, and implement process improvements.
Your Profile
We are looking for candidates with the following experience and skills:
- Proven track record as a Business Analyst, Service Support Analyst, or a similar role.
- Experience in HRIS system implementations, particularly within an international context.
- Familiarity with Talent and Performance systems, including HRIS Suite or best-of-breed solutions.
- Proficiency in HR technology and a history of successful contributions to HRIS projects.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in HR technology solutions and tools, with the ability to configure and manage HRIS systems.
- Strong data migration and integration capabilities, with an understanding of data mapping and connections.
- Expertise in testing methodologies, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Soft Skills
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
- Strong communication skills to engage and persuade stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and manage time effectively.
- A creative and innovative approach to problem-solving with attention to detail.
