Workster is partnering with a leading global technology and services company to hire an Italian-speaking Legal Back-Office Advisor for their Lisbon office.
In this full-time, on-site role, you'll be handling legal claims, ensuring compliance with passenger rights, and collaborating with legal teams to support fair resolutions. It's a great opportunity to grow your career in a structured, international, and supportive work environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Verify compliance with passenger rights regulations
- Assess and manage legal claims with proper follow-up
- Collaborate with lawyers, legal officers, and national authorities
- Ensure fair customer treatment based on legal standards
- Maintain accuracy and efficiency in handling each case
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluency in Italian (C1-C2) and English (B2)
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Experience in customer service, legal support, or travel industry is a plus
- Proactive, self-motivated, and a team player
- Comfortable handling legal documents and speaking with various stakeholders
