Locations: Lisbon | London | Madrid | MunichWhat You'll DoAs an Offer Senior Manager in BCG’s Transform (TRF) Practice, you’ll be at the forefront of a dynamic, fast-growing global team, shaping the future of transformation. You’ll play a key role in developing and deploying cutting-edge Transformation offerings—from intellectual property and go-to-market strategies to client playbooks and thought leadership. If you’re passionate about driving impact and innovation in the transformation space, this is your opportunity to make a difference. You’re good at Project/programme managementOrchestrate complex agendas, align senior leadership, prioritizing activities and working with others to get things done in a matrixed organisationManage and execute projects efficiently; provide hands-on support to multiple activities, often requiring strong consulting skills (slides writing, effective communication, some analytics, …)Operating effectively in a matrix organization with the ability to prioritize and make decisionsWorking independently to identify need for, scope, gain endorsement and drive implementation of commercially impactful initiativesDrive the product strategy with the Topic Leader and leadership team in TRF & across PAsScreen market evolution, competitors offers, understand projects sold by cases teamsReview offer portfolio and help drive portfolio decision (architecture, new offers, offer evolution and selection)Lead Value Proposition, Vision and Roadmap for Key Offers of the topics (Key Programs)Develop OKRs with topic teams, organize regular progress reviews (e.g. every quarter) and adaptStakeholder managementCollaborate and communicate with various teams and individuals, with different level of seniority in different geographies and with different background; be able to communicate with senior leaders and be a connection point for the communityAble to manage defined accountabilities with broader impact to the firmAble to manage multiple senior stakeholders, build consensus, persuade, influence and negotiateBuilding a strong network internally at BCG and ability to interlink different parts of the BCG universeOrchestrate go-to-market industry sectors & adjacent offersGenerate affiliation and collaboration across FPAs and IPA Sectors, help set up joint teams / squadsDrive offer and GTM customization efforts with Sector teams (campaigns, moonshots, priority clients, etc.)Drive client references conversionsCoordinate product development initiativesOwn and manage the backlog: maintain and help prioritize list of initiatives to develop the offer, based on identified needs (CT feedback, client surveys, etc.)Coordinate collaterals and assets development with relevant stakeholdersContribute to content development as needed (frameworks, tools, publications, etc.)Help articulate and package the offer (incl. links with other BCG offers)Support Marketing activities for product plansDevelop narrative and marketing plan with LT and PA Marketing and drive deployment.Prioritize client marketing initiatives and measure their impactContribute to internal/external events presentation (WWOMs, Consilium@BCG, roundtables, etc.)Work with Analyst Relations to provide differentiators for analysts and amplify messages to industry execs'Lead capabilities building plansBring together the right mix of BCG roles and skills (ECTs, KT, SBUs, etc.)Support training, upskilling and enablement of our teams (e.g. DDP, Climate & Sustainability, AI,…)Monitor Business performance & capture market intelligenceAnalyze revenues per sector, region, clientMonitor case pipeline and trendy topics, conduct win/loss analysisGet feedback and lead from cases team on how to evolve and enrich the offer, Identify white spotsWhat You'll BringPrevious Consulting experience (ideally in Transformation, Turnaround and Restructuring and or Change Management context) OR 8 – 10+ years of relevant experience in project or program management within a fast paced, matrixed organisationAbility to lead complex, projects fully independently and provide direction to othersA combination of management and “hands on” delivery experienceSelf-starting work ethic & entrepreneurial drive to work autonomouslyComfort with ambiguity, evolving priorities and eagerness to lean in to support team/projects when needed, are also pre-requisites.Ability to resolve complex issues and problems autonomously, with full business acumenAbility to influence senior stakeholdersBachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree preferredAdvanced knowledge in Outlook, Power Point, and ExcelProfessional level English with strong written and verbal communication skillsWho We AreBoston Consulting Group partners with leaders in business and society to tackle their most important challenges and capture their greatest opportunities.
