What You'll Do The Talent Sourcing Intern will focus on the proactive sourcing of high quality professionals for junior roles across EMESA.

In collaboration with the wider Talent Sourcing function, the role will support both Global Services & Specialty Businesses roles, leveraging new channels in the market to identify, attract and assess critical talent.

In partnership with Talent Sourcers within the region, this role will support search strategy, proactive outreach and initial candidate assessment, ensuring the continued flow of high quality candidates through the process.

Finally, the role with lead the creation of strong talent pipelines for future growth across high priority roles for BCG.

YOU'RE GOOD AT Partnering with team members to understand the role requirements, candidate profile and candidate identification strategy for each position Sourcing passive candidates through direct channels, social media, internet sourcing and talent mapping Generating candidate interest through creative marketing and social media messaging Providing an initial screen and high-level assessment of a candidate's knowledge, skills and abilities and overall fit with the role Clearly articulating and selling the BCG value proposition via candidate screening calls Building talent pipelines to fill current and future roles through leveraging user groups and blogs Actively tracking, managing and reporting on candidate pipelines through various tools and platform (e.g.

Trello, Linked In) Providing regular and timely updates to team members on sourcing progress What You'll Bring Experience in sourcing and/or research, ideally in a recruitment setting Strong research and candidate generation skills Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills Strong understanding of social media and how to effectively leverage the opportunities it presents for recruitment Ability to articulate and understand the specific role requirements Polished interview skills and confident telephone manner with interviewing experience The ability to manage multiple searches through strong project management and prioritization skills The ability to problem solved and think creatively around strategies for identifying quality talent Excellent English and Portuguese skills in spoken and written are required Who You'll Work With The Global Talent Sourcing team works closely with business units to attract and select top talent across every region globally through: Best in class recruiting excellence, innovative sourcing, and an engaging talent brand.
