What is this challenge about
- Develop custom features, landing pages, and tools focused on driving user acquisition and enhancing virality.
- Implement optimization projects within established outcomes, ensuring continuous performance enhancements.
- Integrate APIs to enrich site functionality and user interactions.
- Collaborate within the team to move outcomes forward but also with the core teams to deliver exceptional user experiences that drive acquisition & virality.
- Continuously refine and improve existing tools and processes to streamline development and deployment workflows.

What we are looking for
- 6+ years of hands-on web development experience.
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (JavaScript, SCSS, AJAX) with a keen eye on SEO and performance metrics.
- Back-end experience with APIs, server technologies, and modern development frameworks.
- Proven success in crafting conversion-focused websites and landing pages.
- Strong ability to identify, diagnose, and address potential performance issues or errors.
- A genuine passion for web technologies and open-source communities.
- Understanding of digital marketing principles and the ability to align development efforts with business objectives.
- A reliable, self-motivated work style with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Git, development environments, and staging workflows.
- Experience integrating third-party APIs and tracking tools.
- Excellent communication skills, adept at conveying technical concepts across teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), or other analytics/tracking tools.
- Understanding Agile methodologies.
- Living in Lisbon (hybrid role).
- Fluent level of English.
